GOOD FOOT!
Over the last decade, we have seen many lives changed, schools impacted, families supported and young artists emerge. We exist due to public support and donations. As you know, building resources to do the work relies heavily on individual, community and grant support to build sustainability and success. From a grass-roots collective starting from the basement of a house, the work has grown to capacity where we need to hire full-time staff to meet the needs of the community, deepen our impact and further our purpose.

50% PROGRAMS
Two Program Directors and Advocates are imperative. One program director to further the work of the CLAY curriculum in schools as we expand and adding additionally trained advocates for facilitation. Another program director to build our accessible classes and workshops back up with professionally trained teachers.
30% GENERAL OPERATIONS
Operating costs are always needed to make the organization run smoothly. Office supplies, printing costs, space rentals and event fundraising materials are some of the many needs.
20% STIPENDS
We believe artists and advocates should be compensated. Artist performances, events or workshop classes as well as youth stipends for peer-to-peer advocacy and training in their schools.
